Ralcam Endoscope with 210° articulating head, 6.2 mm (0.24 in) review
The thinnest probe here at 6.2 mm (0.24 in), on a head that articulates through 210° — so the camera can look back along the cavity it entered rather than only forwards.
What the figures leave us with The one that gets in and looks around. Thin probe and an articulating head are capabilities, not conveniences.
Two mechanical specifications that no cheaper endoscope offers.
What the manufacturer publishes
A 5-inch HD screen at 1280 × 720. A 6.2 mm (0.24 in) mini probe with a head rotatable through 210°, stated as flexible and precise. Six dimmable LEDs and IP67 waterproofing. A temperature warning that alerts when the probe exceeds 90 °C (194 °F).
Articulation changes what an endoscope is for
Every fixed-head endoscope has the same blind spot: everything behind the lens. In a straight pipe that is fine. In a wall cavity, an engine bay or a machine housing, the thing you are looking for is usually beside the access hole rather than in line with it — and a fixed head has to be withdrawn, re-aimed and pushed back in, blind, until it happens to point the right way.
The diameter, and the holes it opens
At 6.2 mm (0.24 in) this fits through openings that exclude an 8 mm (0.31 in) probe entirely: spark plug ports, small drilled inspection holes, drain plugs. Diameter is not a comfort specification on an endoscope. It is the list of places the tool can be used at all.

What it has, and what it lacks
Strengths
A 6.2 mm (0.24 in) probe, the smallest here — it enters openings the 8 mm (0.31 in) cameras cannot
A head articulating through 210°, so it looks sideways and backwards, not just ahead
A 5-inch 1280 × 720 screen with six dimmable LEDs
A temperature warning above 90 °C (194 °F) at the probe, which protects the camera in engine and flue work
IP67
Compromises
Four times the price of the Yamokizy
An articulating head is a mechanism, and mechanisms in dirty pipes wear

What gets asked here
What does an articulating head give me?
A fixed head shows what is in front of it. Push it into a cavity and the fault is often on the wall you just passed. A head that turns through 210° looks back along its own path, which is the difference between finding the crack and knowing it is somewhere behind you.
Why does 6.2 mm (0.24 in) matter?
It enters an existing hole — a spark plug port, a drain screw, a small drilled inspection hole — that an 8 mm (0.31 in) probe cannot. Each millimeter of diameter closes off a category of access.
What is the temperature warning for?
Ralcam states the probe warns above 90 °C (194 °F). Endoscopes are routinely pushed into engine bays and flues, and heat destroys the sensor. A warning is cheaper than a replacement.

What buyers actually choose
Amazon reports what buyers took in the month before this page was last checked: at least 50.
The figure is a floor, rounded by Amazon, and read through Keepa — it says what buyers picked, not what a maker claims.

7 mm (0.28 in) cable, 30 m (98 ft) with meter marks · self-leveling image · 9-inch IPS · DVR 32 GB
A drain inspection camera on 30 m (98 ft) of meter-marked cable, with a self-leveling image that stays upright however the head rotates, recording to a 32 GB card.
Best for: Surveying a drain run properly — with a distance, an orientation and a recording rather than an impression.
A self-contained endoscope with its own 4.3-inch screen and 10 m (33 ft) of semi-rigid cable — no phone, no app, and twice the reach of the phone-based cameras here.
Best for: Drains, cavities and vehicle work where a phone is the wrong thing to be holding.
