Two very different batteries, two very different instruments
Two instruments that have nothing in common except the badge.
The TC004 Mini states a 320 × 240 output derived from a 160 × 120 detector, in the same sentence — which is upscaling published as upscaling, and it is more honest than most of the category. It also states ± 2 °C (36 °F), the tightest accuracy in its hub, and 14 hours of runtime.
The BT100 does three system tests — battery, starting and charging — which is what separates “the battery is flat” from “something keeps flattening it”.
The thermal camera states no ingress rating, and the battery tester states no accuracy for its CCA figure.
