A 68-piece multimeter test lead kit, stated to work with any multimeter and test instrument. High-quality soft silicone insulating material, described as flexible and durable.
Silicone is the specification worth paying for
Test leads live coiled in a bag and get uncoiled cold, dropped on hot manifolds and trodden on. PVC insulation hardens, takes a set, and eventually splits at the strain relief — and a split at the strain relief is a conductor exposed exactly where your hand goes.
Silicone does none of that. It is the reason professional leads feel soft and cheap ones feel like garden hose.
What a large kit is really for
Not variety for its own sake. It is for the measurement you did not plan: a spade terminal, a 2 mm (0.08 in) socket, a wire too thin to clip. A kit means the answer is in the box rather than improvised, and improvised connections on live circuits are where accidents come from.

What gets asked here
Why silicone rather than PVC?
Silicone stays flexible from well below freezing to well above the temperature of anything you would touch with a probe, and it does not go stiff and crack with age. PVC does all of those things. On a lead that is coiled and uncoiled daily, it is the difference between a five-year set and a one-year set.
Do I need 68 pieces?
On a bench doing varied work, the answer is usually yes eventually — and the pieces you need are never the ones in a four-piece set. For fixed, repetitive measurements, a plain pair is enough.
What is the rating?
Not published. Read what is printed on the leads, and follow the instructions supplied with your instrument.
The only leads here that show you their own wear — and, at $33.83, one of two sets that never name a category.
Stated rating
NO CATEGORY NAMED. The listing says the TwistGuard shroud "meets the highest electrical safety requirements" and never writes CAT II, III or IV, nor a voltage. This shelf's tag line is "the leads carry the same CAT rating as the meter, or they do not", and at $33.83 it is among the most expensive sets here — the Bionso at $29.99 also names no category. Three Klein sets here publish CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V in a bullet
Insulation
DOUBLE INSULATED SILICONE, and the second layer does a job: "WearGuard lead wire wear indication. Each test lead is covered by two layers of silicone insulation; inner contrasting color is exposed when the leads are nicked, scuffed, or otherwise damaged and in need of replacement." Stated to withstand high temperatures and remain flexible in cold, with no figures. Extra-heavy-duty strain relief at both the probe end and the plug end
Plugs and tips
2 mm (0.08 in) probe tips with a PATENTED TWISTGUARD EXTENDABLE TIP SHROUD: twist the shroud and the amount of exposed metal changes, so the same probe suits a shrouded terminal and an open test point. Removable 4 mm (0.16 in) LANTERN TIPS thread on. The input plugs are "standard 4 mm (0.16 in) SHROUDED banana plugs" — the only listing on this shelf that calls its plugs shrouded, which this shelf's introduction names among its five comparisons
Durability
TESTED BEYOND 30,000 BENDS WITHOUT FAILURE, stated. It is the only durability figure published on this shelf, and it is the right figure for the part this shelf's introduction calls "the part of a meter that gets stood on". The strain relief is called out separately at both ends, which is where a lead actually dies
Length
NOT PUBLISHED. Every other set here that states a length gives one — 91 cm (35.8 in), 103 cm (40.6 in), 104 cm (40.9 in), 109 cm (42.9 in), 125 cm (49.2 in), 1 m (3 ft) — and this one does not, on a page that otherwise publishes more than any of them
Also stated
120 grams. Fluke writes that the TL175 "are the only test leads as tough as your meter", which is a claim about the pairing rather than a specification. The whole listing is built on two named technologies, a bend count and a shroud, and omits the category and the length

Two silicone layers, the inner one a wear warning
An adjustable tip shroud — no other lead here has one
No measurement category anywhere on the page
Best for: Anyone who follows this shelf's buying tip literally, because these leads do the inspection for you
Leads with three swappable ends, so one set covers a terminal, a component leg and a wire you cannot hold — in cable stated to stay flexible in the cold.

Construction and safety
Three interchangeable connectors · double-insulated · flexible at low temperature
Three interchangeable connectors: crocodile clips, needle probes and mini clamps
Double-insulated material, stated as staying soft and elastic at low temperatures
No measurement category or voltage published
Best for: Bench and vehicle work where the third hand is the problem.
A clip-only lead in 18 AWG — the one set here that tells you the size of the wire inside it.
Stated rating
CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V, stated. The same pairing as the two other Klein sets, and the three of them are the only CAT IV items on this shelf. This shelf's introduction explains the arithmetic: the rated pair is the lower of meter and leads
Insulation
18 AWG DOUBLE INSULATED WIRE, stated — and the gauge is what makes this listing unusual. No other product on this shelf publishes a wire gauge at all. What it does NOT say is the material: not silicone, not PVC, just double insulated, as on both other Klein sets
Plugs and tips
Banana plug at one end, HEAVY-DUTY ALLIGATOR CLIP at the other, right-angle at the plug. There is no probe tip: this is a clip-only lead, which is a different purchase from the 69410 beside it where the clips unscrew. No shrouding is mentioned
Length
3 feet, 91 cm — the shortest of the three Klein sets and the shortest stated lead on this shelf. Against the PUKAIBUL's 125 cm (49.2 in) and the published PeakTech's 120 cm (47.2 in), that is a third less reach
Stated application
INSULATION RESISTANCE TESTING, named in a bullet as "a perfect application for heavy-duty leads". That is a specific and sensible claim: an insulation test applies hundreds of volts between a conductor and earth for a minute at a time, which is a job for a clip that stays put rather than a probe held by hand
Supplied
One pair of universal right-angle leads with heavy-duty clips. The clips are not described as removable, which is the trade against the 69410: more clip, less versatility, same price to within two cents — $19.99 against $19.97

Eighteen AWG published, alone on this shelf
CAT III 1000 V and CAT IV 600 V
Clips only — there is no probe tip
Best for: Insulation resistance testing and any reading you need to leave clipped on while you work
The second slowest gearing on this shelf, chosen deliberately: a steel handle and a large hub for torque rather than turns.
Stated dimension or range
100 ft of heavy-duty braided line, stated to resist fraying and breaking over long distances. No line diameter appears
Functions
A 2:1 gear ratio, stated to rewind twice as fast as a traditional reel. It is the second slowest of the published ratios on this shelf — against 6:1, 5:1, 4:1 and 3:1 above it and 1:1 below — and that is the trade the rest of the specification explains
Body and fittings
A robust steel handle and a large center hub, stated for increased durability, strength and torque, plus a steel docking ring for secure anchoring. It is the only reel on this shelf with steel named for both the handle and the ring
Material
Steel handle and steel docking ring, stated. The shell material is not named
Reference and mounting
A steel docking ring for secure anchoring, stated — a ring rather than a hook, which takes a nail or a screw rather than hooking an edge
Supplied
A large sliding door for easy chalk fill, stated, and a large chalk capacity for fewer refills on large jobs. No chalk is stated as included, and no sealing organ is described

A steel handle, where most reels here are plastic
A steel docking ring rather than a bent hook
2:1, the second slowest ratio published on this shelf
Best for: Heavy chalk, a long line and a reel that will be cranked hard rather than quickly
Thirty feet rather than a hundred, which is the point: a reel sized for a tool belt and finishing work, with the chalk in the box.
Stated dimension or range
30 ft of line — the shortest on this shelf by a factor of three, where five reels run 100 ft and one runs 150. That is the product, not a shortcoming: a 30 ft reel is a third of the bulk
Functions
A 3:1 gear ratio, stated to give three times faster line retraction. On 30 ft of line that is about twelve turns of the handle for a full rewind
Reference and mounting
Nested hook storage, stated to give compact storage without unwanted hook snagging AND the ability to grab the hook with gloves on. That second half is the useful one: a hook recessed so far it cannot be pinched with a gloved hand is a hook you remove a glove for, in February
Body and fittings
A wide chalk door, stated for ease of fill and for visibility into the reel. It is the nearest thing on this shelf to the chalk level window one reel here publishes, and it needs the door opened
Supplied
Blue chalk included, stated. Blue is the removable color: it brushes off finished surfaces where red does not, which is what makes this a finishing reel
Also stated
No sealing organ and no line diameter. Compact size, stated for increased portability and easy storage

Nine dollars seventy, the cheapest geared reel here
3:1 on a short line, so a rewind is a dozen turns
Thirty feet will not cross a room diagonally
Best for: Finishing work indoors, where thirty feet reaches everything and the reel lives in a belt
