These two are the clearest illustration of what this site is about. The cheaper meter publishes ± 1.5 mm (0.06 in) and a 100 m (328 ft) range; the dearer one publishes IP 65 and a 1.5 m (5 ft) drop onto concrete, and no accuracy at all.

Prefer the HANMATEK if the meter lives indoors and the number matters. It publishes the tightest accuracy in the whole hub and reaches two and a half times further, for roughly half the price.

It covers dust and splashing water, which is enough for interior work and marginal outdoors. IP 65 is dust-tight and resists water jets, which is a different class of protection.
