Buy the HANMATEK if the meter lives indoors and the number matters. It publishes the tightest accuracy in the whole hub and reaches two and a half times further, for roughly half the price.
Buy the Bosch Professional if the meter shares a bag with hammers. IP 65 and a 1.5 m drop rating are what keep it a meter next year — and read the specification sheet in the box for the accuracy figure the listing omits.

It covers dust and splashing water, which is enough for interior work and marginal outdoors. IP 65 is dust-tight and resists water jets, which is a different class of protection.
